Seitan Bites are very versatile and can be added to most hot and cold dishes, such as curries, stir fries, miso ramen, Buddha bowls, pasta, fajitas, sandwiches, wraps or salads. Use them as a high protein replacement for meat or tofu. They are very easy to use and cook very quickly. Just pop some in a pan and put the rest back in the fridge, or use the whole pot at once for weekly meal prep (or if you’re particularly hungry)!
