Seitan has been eaten by Zen Buddhist monks for over a thousand years as a replacement for meat and fish. Roughly translated from the Japanese “sei” and “tan” to “made of protein”. It is made from the gluten part of wheat, which is naturally 80% protein. We make them fresh to order in small batches in our home kitchen.

Our Seitan Bites are really versatile and super convenient and easy to cook if you have a busy lifestyle. Just throw some in a pan for 5 minutes and add them to your dish of choice!
